References : TPC Benchmarks

Through its accreditation and its exhaustive list of references, InfoSizing is strongly positioned to deliver the highest standard of TPC audit services. Together, InfoSizing's Benchmark Auditors (Francois Raab, Bard Askins and Doug Johnson) are TPC-Certified to audit all active TPC Standard Benchmarks.

TPC Benchmark™ C

The original version of TPC-C was written by Francois Raab, who is now InfoSizing's President. Mr. Raab also consulted with the TPC on the standardization and subsequent evolution of the benchmark specification.

Over the years, TPC-C has clearly established itself as the industry's premier yardstick for measuring OLTP performance.

TPC Benchmark™ E

For its most recent effort, the TPC retained Francois Raab, InfoSizing's President, to act as a technical advisor in the development of TPC-E.

Prior to joining InfoSizing, Doug Johnson (who was representing HP at the time) was elected to Chair the TPE-E Development Subcommittee from its inception through to the initial release of TPC-E, Version 1.0.0, in February 2007.

TPC Benchmark™ H

The TPC retained Francois Raab, InfoSizing's President, to act as a technical advisor and the editor of its benchmark specification for a standard measure of data warehousing performance. TPC-D was later refocussed and renamed TPC-H, the current industry standard for measuring complex query performance.

TPC Benchmark™ App

When the TPC started developing the first standard benchmark focusing on web commerce performance, Francois Raab, InfoSizing's President, was retained to act as consultant and technical editor of the new TPC-W specification. This benchmark later evolved into the current standard of measure for web application servers, TPC-App.
